I think the most important part of that article is the quote from Elk Grove Mayor Rick Soares: “I really don’t have time for Internet chat rooms where people trade conspiracy theories back and forth.” Classic!

What’s the deal with snarky? Did you copyright the word? It’s a word I’ve been familliar with all my life and I’m confused as to sacrag’s connection/obsession with it.

Oh, the word was around long before Sac Rag, but they took it, chewed it up, digested it, and made it their own. At least as far as Sacramento is concerned.

Actually, an original draft of the Declaration of Independence shows that Jefferson originally penned “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Snarkiness.” Little known fact.
