CBS13 is reporting…
9:52 a.m. U.S./Pacific: An underground explosion has reportedly blown off several manholes in downtown Sacramento near 7th and H street. Fire crews say the explosion has caused power outages in the area.
Scary! This is right near several county and federal buildings. But so far no word on whether anyone was injured or what might have caused it…
UPDATE: Odd, at about 11 this was taken down from CBS13. Must have just been nothing. I mean a bunch of manhole covers get blown off in a government center and fire crews are called to the scene almost every day I suspect!…

I thought it had something to do with city hall blowing all that hot air but I guess I was wrong.
