All sarcastic jesting aside for one moment…I wanted to let you know of a law News10.net recently reported on regarding windshield wipers and headlights. A law, Californians, was established because the people couldn’t rule themselves with common sense. Sound familiar? Correct spelling aside, I think frequent Sac Rag commenter Adamant was on to something.
