So yeah, that exercise was Wednesday and they used Sheriff helicopters, but any idea what those more military looking helicopters with manned gun turrets were doing flying around town today?

With a guy in a trench coat giving out candy, I first thought that this was possibly a publicity still from a PSA for the new KCRA/DOJ joint task force on child predators.
