  1. So the Kings lose Bonzi Wells to the Houston Rockets:

“Terms were not disclosed. However, ESPN.com reported Thursday that Wells agreed to a two-year, $5 million contract with a player option after the 2006-07 season that would allow him to return to the free agent market that burned him this summer…”

“The eight-year veteran became a free agent and was offered a five-year, $36 million deal by the Kings, which he turned down…”

Hmmm, a 2 year deal worth 5 million vs a 5 year deal worth 36 million?

I wonder if he knew something was/is going to happen with the club.

  2. Kings are short 4s and 5s

    Shareef is really a 3, a shooter…

Miller is worthless as a banger…

Kings had Vlad, Chris, Pollard….some real heavy hitters inside…before they got old and their knees gave out…

Wells and Artest could go inside but they can’t match up against Amare, Ben Wallace, Rasheed Wallace….and a host of others…

Front court of Kings is extremely weak…hopefully there will be surprises…
