Don’t forget, tomorrow is Free Museum Day in Sacramento, where 26 area museums and historical facilities open their doors for free. Perfect day for it with the rain we’re expecting. Will rain make it more or less crowded? I know it’s nice to get some indoor fun, but it can also be a pain getting mobilized when it is raining.

We had a blast at the Don & June Salvatori California Pharmacy Museum while all you suckers stood in lines at the free ones. This Pharmacy Museum is SOOOOO interesting for 3-5 year olds that the museum has to pass out sedatives (included in price of admission)! Who will ever forget the “Mortars and pestles through the ages” (all pretty much the same) room, or the “History of the prescription blank” (also all pretty much the same) display? Not me or the kids, that’s for sure!
Find out answers to burning questions like: “Why does it take 45 minutes to put 10 pills into a small bottle?”; “If you learned to count by 2nd grade, why 25 more years of school to get licensed to count 10 pills into a small bottle?”, and much more…
