There was quite a long story on the news the other night about the sheriffs dept/police waiting out at the clinics to ticket cars and obviously people weren’t very happy about that. I’m guessing the ticket situation had a lot more to do with this than the rain. I mean rain? It’s California, how bad could it be?

They are being rather vague about it, but it appears that only two clinics have been canceled due to inclement weather and parking concerns.

From this page we learn that many more clinics are schedule from the 23rd of November to the 15th of January.
