It’s official: Kings are staying in Sacramento

USA Today’s Sam Amick (formerly of the Bee) broke the story on Twitter: the NBA Board of Governors has apparently officially rejected the Chris Hansen/Steve Ballmer bid to purchase the Kings and move them to Seattle.
