In honor of The Sac Rag’s 3rd birthday, which was Saturday, we are (finally) introducing our 2008 redesign. In addition to cosmetic changes there are a few new features to which I’d like to call your attention…
“Popular content” in the sidebar
There is now a tabbed box listing popular content, using comment, pageviews and search data.
Comment pictures
If you have a subscriber account, you can upload a user photo, which will then accompany all your posts.
User profiles
All users, not just site authors, now have a profile page. This bold step in social networking is bound to be copied and co-opted soon so act fast to grab this new technology by its cutting edge, but don’t get cut by its boldness. 🙂
Make sure you are logged in when you want to post a comment so that your photo and a link to your profile will show. Enjoy!
