This photo of Kevin and Joe is the most awkward thing you’ll see today. Well, not so much KJ, who looks pretty magnanimous. But I reiterate my claim that Joe & Gavin are the most awkward people ever. Perhaps they are alien infiltrators or animated wood-men like Pinocchio?

I didn’t go to the rally but I could hear the whole thing from my office. The neat thing is, as big as actual attendance was, anybody working in a two- or three-block radius from Cesar Chavez Park could hear it as well, and possibly see part of it. I thought it was a really cool event, but yes, some awkwardness.
