In my inbox this morning, a reader pointed me to funny wording in a Tweet this morning from @SacPolice about the Best Buy burglars caught dumping iPads:
Is Sac PD trying to start a war with the CHP by smearing them as accomplices to the burglary? I don’t get it.

Idiots. You can’t just throw them out the window to get rid of the evidence. You have to SMOKE them. Either that or drive into a crowd and throw them around while yelling “Free IPads!” to escape in the confusion.

I have noticed this too! And my favorite is how they can get away with dark humor on some headlines, but then they have something like the most gruesome murder in recent memory and they have to play it straight. I think they should have the balls to employ humor on all their headlines.
