  1. RM, don’t go wishing your early 20’s away!

    🙂

Sure, you *should* wish that you’re 21, but then the next big break comes at 25 when your auto insurance rates will decrease. Then, what’s next after that — the early bird special at the Buggy Whip & Senior Discount Day at Marshall’s?

Enjoy the perks of 20-year-old-ness while you’ve got ’em (namely, fast metabolism.)

  2. RG is sooo right. the ability to wake up in your bushes after drinking heavily and still being able to function the next day at work…priceless.

  3. RM..nobody will believe me, but the most satisfying years of my life have been since I hit 40..and beyond. I’ve never eaten at the Buggy Whip and have never shopped at Marshalls..but I just might one day!

(We eat dinner around 7:30 or 8:00 pm…maybe when we hit 65 we will consider “early bird specials”)

I wouldn’t go back and live my 20’s again..but then, that’s just me. I would love to have that metabolism back though!

  4. Anyone catch the image RonTopofIt posted? It sure seems like it is sending some mixed messages, huh? I could be wrong, of course, but why are 42 year old men out with 24 year old women? And why are energy drinks all we need? Man, something is wrong with our country, I tell you what.

I sure hope the young women of today aren’t influenced by advertising like this. I would think that young people would enjoy dating other young people during, you know, their youth.

  5. Theoretically a 42 year old woman could keep up with a 24 year old man, but that i crazy, not to mention sick and immoral.
